Welcome to the Bottle Tree Farm website. Bottle Tree Farm is owned by Bob and Karen Richardson and is located in Waverly, Virginia. The 18-acre farm includes an 1854 farmhouse, a cottage, smokehouse and several barns and outbuildings.
